Why is Watershed Vital to Our Survival?
Sea Turtles A peaceful and majestic creature, the sea turtle has swum the oceans for over 100 million years. Now this dinosaur of the sea is facing extinction as a direct result of human activities. Many plants and other sea creatures will suffer from the loss of sea turtles.

Females lay hundreds of eggs each season but very few baby turtles make it through the first year. The time of incubation and return to the sea is a perilous time.
